who have been making wine in Givry for six generations with a focus on quality (grapes are hand-selected/harvested and hand-sorted first in the vineyard and then winery) and lutte raisoneé farming methods (a form of organic viticulture that does not use agrochemicals unless absolutely necessary)

grapes are sourced from young vines in newly planted hillside vineyards surrounding the ancient town of Arce
