Thomas Goss Shiraz, 2018 Sangiovese yet layered with complexity inBlueberry, black plum, black tea and cocoa on the nose; medium bodied palate balances black cherry, plum, mushroom + black licorice notes. A robust styled Shiraz, typical of the region shows even more balance along side meat dishes with its spice driven finish. Thomas Goss and his wife Mary arrived to the McLaren Valle in the mid 1800s, some of the original pioneers of the area. The grapes in this Shiraz are sourced from multiple vineyards, including
