Five years on the lees and a relatively low dosage of 5 g l. Quite a deep bronzey pink. Smells much richer than you expect from such a low dosage wine. It also tastes richer. Opulent wine that's quite ready now. No real need to age this. Though the balance is fine for now. Mouth filling and
