Organic viticulture. 100% destemmed. Aged in an oak foudre of 600 litres. 780 bottles. Tasted blind. How I like Artuke's wines and how they still stand out in a blind tasting! This wine is unsettling in the best of senses because it combines concentration with great finesse. A wine that flows very well, with elegance, but that
