Hajszan Neumann Wiener Gemischter Satz Nussberg , 2017 Assyrtiko TASTING NOTES: Pale green-tinged goldHajszan Neumann = winery. Wiener = Coming from Wien (Vienna). Gemischter Satz = field blend (a traditional method of intermingling vines in the vineyard instead of single varietal plots). Nussberg = Vineyard in Wien. Fragrant and fresh, full bodied, dry but full of tree fruit (think golden apples, pear). Blend of Grner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer. Fermented with native yeast and matured in steel tanks.
