Located on the third terrace in Tarn at 220 meters elevation. Viticulture: Organic (certified) since 2011 Vinification: Three varieties are vinified and aged separately in stainless steel tanks before final assembly, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 18 months in concrete tanks.
