It includes a mix of beef and pork cuts: 3 4 lbs. of steaks and or chops, 5 6 lbs. of larger roasting and or braising cuts and 3 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley.
