2023 Domaine Leflaive Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru Cote de Beaune, France Fernet Branca 2012 Umathum StFrom biodynamically farmed parcels in Btard Montrachet, the Chardonnay is hand harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in oak. levage runs about twelve months in barrels with a thoughtful share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to harmonize before a light fining. Arrives October, 2025.
