2023 Domaine Jacques Carillon Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France Kir-Yianni and mineral tension—bridging the finesseSourced from a 0. 27 hectare parcel in the Voillenot Dessous climat, planted in 2013 on limestone and marl soils. Hand harvested Chardonnay is fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (15% new), followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled after 18 months. Landing the last week of July, 2025.
