2022 Thomas Perseval 'La Masure' Rose de Maceration Brut Nature, Champagne, France LC 2025 July The wine is pressed andA blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay (co planted) from 50 year old vines in Chamery, Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims. The grapes see skin maceration, ferment with native yeasts, then spend 8 months in new oak before aging 32 months on the lees. No dosage, minimal sulfurjust raw, unpolished expression.
