2023 Domaine de L'Horizon 'Mar i Muntanya' Blanc IGP Cotes Catalanes, France Dornoch Distillery French oak barrelsA selection of the youngest vines (less than 20 years) of the domaine. A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc and 50% Macabeu. The soil is predominantly sandy with some limestone deeper. The vinification is straight forward, the grapes being pressed immediately and the fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, followed by a maturation for 8 months in steel tanks From the importer
