Casted in pewter, finished in 14K gold, the frame itself is washed in a thin layer of shaded blue enamel to allow the gold floral pattern to shine through. The tulips and lily are delicately painted in a fresh palette of cream to cobalt enamels inspired by navy and white Chinese porcelains and accented with Swarovski
