Pierre Gimonnet Champagne Brut 1er Cru Rose de Blancs NV NET Labbe et Fils is a95% Chardonnay, half of which is Grand Cru and the other half 1er Cru, then finished with 5% of still red wine from Cumieres. A very pale pink color, almost rose gold, it shares some similarities with the always popular (and frequently out of stock) Billecart Salmon ros.
